how to make a new tab like author and contact in the preview?

I think that you talk about Home, About, Contact tab, right?
This template shows your pages automatically under the menu. So, if you want to add more items to the menu bar, you must go to Posting/Edit pages/New Pages and create new pages.

Hi, i've download this template & tried it.
Question : How do i make only the first photo of each post visible on the main page?
I've added the "Read More" feature as i have many photos in one post, but still, all the photos appear on the homepage.
