"How to add a custom favicon in Blogger?"
A favicon, also known as a custom website icon or bookmark icon for your website displayed next to the URL’s of your sites.
To change of the default orange Blogger favicon you need to do the following few simple steps.
1. Find or create a photo first. You can use the file format .ico, .gif, .jpg, or .png. Then upload the icon file to a freeserver like imageshack.us.
A free online favicon generator: favicongenerator.com.
2. Copy down the URL of the your favicon image at freeserver.
3. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard if you are not logged in already.
4. Go to your "Design" tab in Blogger Control Panel and click to "Edit HTML" tab.
5. Then add following code before </head>
<link href=’http://www.YOUR-IMAGE-HOST.com/YOUR-FAVICON.png’ rel=’shortcut icon’/>
<link href=’http://www.YOUR-IMAGE-HOST.com/YOUR-FAVICON.png’ rel=’icon’/>
6. Click to Save and it's done.

You can use 16px width - 16px height image for favicon.
after adding the favicon, it still the same icon, the one that blogger use "B"..
any idea?
Did you put code before /head, right? If it's okey, reload page again. ( in browser, F5 )
